well if doing it 183 times doesnt work then there is a problem. better safe than sorry right? but we do need to consider some basic human rights when we get the info out of these "terrorists" because some are actually innocent.
That's kind of ridiculous i think after a certain point changing methods might be a good idea. Also im not a fan of drowning. The reports say that its a sensation of drowning because they actually are.
yeah i don't get how it's like a simulation to make them think they're drowning, if you're pouring water over a washcloth that's covering someone's face i'm pretty sure to some degree you might be drowning them.and yeah changing methods would probably help a bit but hey it's up to them i guess.
