Palin Rap

This is just fun. I found this really hilarious. I was surprised that Palin was so at ease on this show. I wonder if this will be harmful or helpful to her? The cold open is with Tina Fey and Palin is also excellent.

I enjoyed Palin in Saturday Night Live, I think she did very well and her performance was very tasteful. I don't know if it will help or hurt the McCain campaign but she was very funny.

This video made my day! Palin acted professionally when Poehler made fun of her, so I can't complain about Palin's performance. I'm glad Amy Poehler did the rap though. :)

Sarah Palin must have had to bite her tongue a lot when they were making fun of Bush and McCain. i agree her performance was very tasteful. the resemblence between Fey and Palin is scary.

Sarah Palin did a good job performing at SNL. This skit was pretty funny. I don't know if she's trying to get more votes by showing up at the set of SNL, but I do not believe people will vote for her because of her appearance on SNL.

I'm surprised with her performance. I didn't expect her to react the way she did. I'm not sure if this will affect the campaign in anyway but I found the video very funny. [:

This is why I love the freedom of speech. Its these kinds of things that we get to do that is great. I thought that the rap was very well written and excecuted.

I understand that Palin performed well and all, but wasn't the entire basis of the McCain-Palin campaign that Barack Obama was too much of a celebrity? And now SHE is on Saturday Night Live?

It doesn't make sense to me. It feels like their campaign will do anything to just get out there or seem "young". They'll probably deny McCain was ever attacking Obama's celeb status just a few weeks ago.

I'm kind of dissapointed that she finally thought about what she was doing on SNL. I really wanted to see her make a fool of herself, but it definately did her good NOT to do the skit and let Amy do it for her. The rap skit was hilarious though!

although palin's appearance on snlonce again made her a public topic, if only briefly, Sarah palin has faded for the most part from the forefront of the publics attention. Ever since America got over the initial shock of McCain's vice presidential appointment, It seems Palin's popularity has really slipped and she has been reduced to gimmicks such as snl to generate any buzz.

It is so crazy how much they look alike! I thought it was really cool of her to go on the show even though they have been making fun of her this whole time. She must have known that she was walking into an Obama zone, seeing as most of Hollywood is Democratic. However, i feel that she handled the situation with poise and didn't take anything too seriously. I think that this will really help their campaign because people see that she is just a human being and she can laugh at herself just like we laugh at ourselves.

I guess she's trying to get more McCain support by appealing to people who watch the show... I think it's nice to see her being flexible on shows and it's funny so I don't think it was a detrimental decision.

"Can I get a what what from the senior section"... and when they brought out the eskimos... "from my porch I can see, Russia and stuff"... "I built me a bridge it aint going nowhere"

haha, this was hilarious!

Seriously, why was she on the show? To prove that she really does look like Tina Fey? beats me. I think she realized that her 15 minutes of fame has expired, but she still wants to get the publicity before election day. I don't think this will change anything, because the people that have been watching the skits and don't like her will still feel the same, and the people that love her will still vote for mccain

HAHAHAHA that was freaking hilarious. Miraculously Palin was able to keep her composure through the whole thing which shows self-control and will ultimately (in my opinion) earn her some respect.

Ha-ha, I thought that this was a very funny moment on the show, although it would have been even better if Palin had joined in. However, if Palin is willing to go on SNL, it just proves how influential these parody comedy shows really are.
